Accommodations
The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Guelph and Conference Centre. A special conference rate has been negotiated. Please use the booking code “ARC” when making your reservation with the Holiday Inn Guelph.

Air Travel
Guelph does not have an airport, however, it is served by three airports in the region: Toronto Pearson International Airport, Hamilton International Airport, and Waterloo International Airport. Upon arrival at one of these airports you will need to make arrangements to continue your travel to Guelph through either a shuttle service (see below), bus, train, or rental car.

Toronto Pearson International Airport
Toronto Pearson International Airport is Canada’s largest and busiest airport. Toronto Pearson provides daily service to most Canadian cities through Air Canada, Porter Airlines, and WestJet. International connections to Toronto Pearson are provided through Air Canada, WestJet, Aer Lingus, Air China, Air France, AeroMexico, Alaska Airlines, Alitalia, American Airlines, Austrian, Avianca, British Airways, Copa, Delta, Iberia, KLM, Lufthansa, SAS Scandanvian, Swiss Airlines, TACA, United Airlines. Toronto Pearson International Airport is approximately 75 kilometres from Guelph.
Hamilton International Airport
Hamilton International Airport provides daily services to Calgary, Halifax, Moncton, Edmonton during the summer/fall season through WestJet. Weekly service to Halifax, Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg is provided by New Leaf Airlines. Hamilton International Airport is approximately 60 kilometres from Guelph.
Waterloo International Airport
Waterloo International Airports provides daily service to Calgary (WestJet) and Chicago (American Airlines). Waterloo International Airport is approximately 20 kilometres from Guelph.
Red Car Service
Provides shuttle service to Guelph from Toronto Pearson, Hamilton, and Waterloo airports. Schedule and fees are available on the Red Car Service website.
Train
Guelph is serviced by both Via Rail and GO Transit trains. Both services make use of the Guelph Central Station, located at 79 Carden Street, along with Greyhound Canada and our local Guelph Transit bus system.
Bus
Guelph can be accessed by bus through Greyhound and GO Bus.
Car
Guelph can be reached by most major road routes in Ontario including Highways 401, 6, 7 and 124/24
